Parent, guardian, and family engagement is important in supporting the success of Longmont Estates Elementary students. Accordingly, there are many ways for our families to get involved.

If you are interested in volunteering in your student’s classroom or at the school, please contact your student’s teacher or our front office at 720-652-8101.

School Accountability Committee

Our School Accountability Committee reviews school data, goals, and provides feedback on the School Unified Improvement Plan.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

The purpose of the Longmont Estates Elementary School PTO is the betterment of the Longmont Estates Elementary School and its students.  The organization provides a liaison between LEES parents and school staff; and works to secure the best possible education for the children.

The Longmont Estates Elementary School PTO is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and is considered an “Option 2 – Independent non-profit entity” by the St. Vrain Valley School District.

Who we are:
The members of the organization are ALL parents or guardians of children attending Longmont Estates Elementary School (including preschool) as well as staff members employed at Longmont Estates Elementary School.  There is no membership, application, or fee.

How to get involved:

  • Attend a PTO meeting
  • Volunteer to help at one of the PTO events
  • Sign up to bring food for teacher appreciation meals
  • Support your students Jog-a-thon efforts
  • Get and use a Safeway card (available in LEES office)
  • Enroll in King Soopers Community Rewards by linking your SoopersCard
  • Attend Restaurant Fundraising Events
  • Choose Longmont Estates PTO on Amazon Smile

All PTO Meetings are open to the entire Longmont Estates Community. We welcome you to attend a meeting and discover what upcoming activities and events are being planned.  

Our board meetings are held on the second Monday each month at 5:30 p.m

The money raised by the PTO provide funding for assemblies, paraprofessionals (teacher’s aides) for the classrooms, Innovation Fair, field trips, music programs, classroom expenses, and PTO events. We pledge to NEVER ask you or your child to sell any products.

King Soopers

Enroll in King Soopers Community Rewards and earn money for our school every time you shop. It’s easy and free to enroll! When you link your Shopper’s Card, every purchase you make provides funds for our school. Plus, you’ll earn fuel points at the same time. Click here to enroll. 

Safeway cards

If you shop at Safeway, stop by the office and pick up a re-loadable gift card.  When you use it make your purchases, the school will receive 5% cash back.

Restaurant Nights

Support Longmont Estates by eating out at a local restaurant.  They in turn donate a percentage back to our school.
