Communicating, Visiting and Volunteering

Now that school is fully underway, we wanted to remind families of our procedures regarding communicating with teachers and scheduling visits or volunteer hours.

We consider the school a workplace – for both teachers and students. Just as visitors in your workplace can pull you away from your work, visitors can impact our ability to have teachers and students stay focused on their learning. For this reason, we have procedures in place to help you be able to visit in a way that supports you as a parent, while making sure the educational process is not interrupted.

We believe that communication between home and school is critical to our mission of educating your children. We recognize that communication needs vary from family to family and want to honor your needs. We ask in turn that you honor the following practices so we can keep our school running smoothly for all students.
Thanks you!

Sincerely,

Traci Haley
